SFTARC Online Store Order Status States:
To change order state and provide updates to the purchaser an Admin must manually select an Action, Notify Customer and Save.
No Email will be sent if "Notify Customer" is not selected. Emails will be sent to the designated user as defined in the email template for that status.
Pending - Initial state when an order is submitted. Email automatically sent to purchaser.
Confirmed - Order has been received, sent to confirm receipt of order. Do not move to Processed if item is not in stock. Sent to customer only.
Processed - Order is filled and ready for payment. Sent to customer and Admin.
Paid - Payment has been received. Sent to customer and Admin.
Unpaid - Order on hold pending payment.
Delivered - Delivered and Paid. Sent to Admin only
Failed - Order failed.
Cancelled - Order cancelled.
