I found this interesting YouTube video about a low cost alternative to the Raspberry PI4. The device is a Khadas VIN1S that sells for around $65 on Amazon. A YouTube by "Ham Radio Dude" provides a good tutorial on setting up your "Ham Clock" software. Make sure you install Ham Clock at the screen size you intend to use, editing it is not an option. The Inovato Quadra is the device used but the configuration choices are the same for a PI4 also.
